Terms of service

Skunkfly is operated by Tim Latimer, an individual seller based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Questions about orders or these terms: tim@businessasaforceforgood.ca.

Our products

Items are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Each product listing describes a separate item; the Rocket, Wheel and Lightbulb Excellence tees are three different shirts. Product images are digital previews. Screen colors and final print or embroidery placement may vary slightly.

Prices and payment

Prices and checkout are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Shipping and any taxes collected by the store are shown before you pay. Import charges not collected at checkout may be payable on arrival. Payment options available for your order appear at checkout.

Orders and changes

Check your item, size and shipping details before paying. Email us promptly if you need a correction or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes after production begins; any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights still apply. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and arrange a refund for that item rather than substitute it without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy explain delivery estimates, defective-item support and applicable returns. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you.
